Continuous Belt Screens
Auto screens or continuous belt screens are used with continuous belt screen changer systems. These systems enable a continuous production cycle without the need to replace extrusion filter packs. Our Auto screens meet or exceed OEM recommendations for applications in the film, plastic extrusion, pelletizing, recycling and melt filtration.
Auto Screen materials: TC High Performance, Dutch Weave and High Tensile Reverse Dutch Weave from 600-60 nominal micron retention. Rolls are slit to customer specified width and weave.
